• Immediate termination of your access • Cease-and-desist letters • Civil litigation for damages (breach of contract) • Injunctive relief to prevent further disclosure • Potential criminal charges for trade secret theft (under UTSA) Jurisdiction: State of Texas. Any legal action will be brought in Texas courts.
⏰ How Long Does This Last? Forever. The NDA obligations continue in perpetuity. Even after your access ends, you remain bound by confidentiality.
This is standard for proprietary technology. The protections don't expire.
